Biography

This person's existence and relationships were introduced by Don Greene in his book, Shawnee Heritage.[1] There is no independent, historical documentation of this person's existence or relationships, including being spouse of Richard Parker:

"No one had thought that the "Mitha" mentioned in Richard [Parker]'s will could have been Native American until Don's book came out. The problem is that "Mitha" was transcribed incorrectly. It really is "Micha" and she appears in many land deeds, court records and wills. Recent research suggests she had four husbands and that Richard was the last one." -- Pattie Plummer-Everett, 30 March 2020.

A previous version attached her as wife of Thomas Parker and mother of his known daughter Rachele. Lacking reliable evidence of such a relationship, she has been detached.
